Zachary Collin Dillehay (12/5/95 – 8/19/2016)

Founding CEO

Who better to be the founding CEO of Place of Possibility, Inc than an individual whose life hung in the realm of what is Possible. Zachary was diagnosed with Nut Midline Carcinoma in March of 2016 at the age of 20.  All of the groundwork for his amazing future had been laid and he was just entering into the  experience of his independent adult life, fulfilling his dream of being a U.S. Marine.  Now his entire future existed in the hope of possibility.  The possibility he and his family wished for was his overcoming a disease that only 3 others had managed to survive.  That possibility was not to be, however the possibility of endless Miracles unfolded and continues to flow today due to Zach’s amazing journey in life.

Sydney C. Dillehay

Founding - President

The Place of Possibility has been on Sydney’s heart for years as she raised her children, created businesses and evolved through her own personal transformation in life.  She is a certified life transformation expert and creator of Thoughtology.  Sydney’s life purpose is her heart touching millions of hearts.  In her wildest dreams never did she imagine that it would be her son’s terminal diagnosis that was the catalyst to bring the Place of Possibility into existence.

Zoe C. Dillehay

Founding - Vice President

At the age of 19, Zoe was the youngest founding member of Place of Possibility. Don’t let her young age fool you, Zoe is wiser way beyond her years and has a well-rounded sense of being that encompasses strength, confidence and a deep level of compassion. Her spirit animal is the owl and represents Zoe perfectly with its characteristics of intelligence, brilliance, perspective, intuition, quick-wit, independence, wisdom, protection and mystery. Zoe is a certified health coach trained in facilitating the exploration of possibility.

Ryan C. Reeves

CIO

Ryan Reeves is our newest Board Member of Possibility though he isn’t new to our hearts.  Ryan and Zachary have been the best of friends through thick, and even a thin time or two, since meeting sophomore year of high school. They spent lots of time together creating future business plans, so it seems very appropriate to welcome Ryan to the organization that is carrying on in Zach’s honor. Ryan is a 2018 graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Social Science with concentrations in Biology and Psychology. He received our Bowtie of the Year Award at the 2018 Bowties and Butterflies Black Tie Dinner Gala for all his support and help with organizational operations during the year. Ryan brings a light hearted loving energy to the team and is a key part of our event operations and future planning. I must admit I love having team members who call me “mamma”

Maria Tsirigotis

CPO

Maria gets results! Without anyone knowing she is up to something, Maria comes forth with amazing results.  She is full of creative possibility and pulls it through to manifestation.  One might first think she is quiet and meek but this goddess is a powerful force.  A friend of Zach’s for many years, and a volunteer for Place of Possibility for several, it seemed fitting to invite her to the board.  She is committed and result oriented and full of love.  Maria embraces that which Place of Possibility stands for.

Nick Upper

CTO

Mr. Nick Upper has been a part of our family since 2007 when he and my son Zachary became friends at Lake Mary Preparatory School in Lake Mary, Fl.  After Zach's passing Nick has not only stayed the course with our family and organization but requested a position as a volunteer to be a key integral member of the Place of Possibility community.  He was awarded the Bowtie of the Year award at our 3rd Annual Bowties and Butterfly Black-tie Dinner Gala in December of 2019 for outstanding example of our organization. 2 years later in 2021 he was offered a position as board member for Place of Possibility Inc as a result of his ongoing dedication to the cause.   I have personally watched Mr. Upper grow up.  He is a gentleman with a kind heart and wonderful sense of humor.  He is witty and smart and constantly amazing me with his foresight and creative ideas in the furtherment of our mission. 

Michael E. Dillehay

CMO

One of only a few Solo Family Physicians in the current medical climate with his own family owned and operated Family Practice in Lake Mary, Florida, Dr. Dillehay practices medicine through his heart, a rare trait in medicine today. This commitment to keep medicine personal is an ever increasing challenge. The recent passing of his son, Zachary C. Dillehay, has touched a place in Dr. D’s heart bringing him to an even higher level of heart based medicine as he works with Hospice supporting others through their end of life journey. Dr. Dillehay as the Chief Medical Officer for Place of Possibility Inc. is always on the lookout for what is possible for his patients and clients and supports our team in connecting you with what is possible for you no matter what the challenge.

Kathy Masterson

COO

Kathy Masterson is all heart and she means business through it. Kathy has extensive experience with non-profit organizations as she has been the Executive Director of a local chapter of a national organization since 2009. She has also held the position of a walk chairperson for one of the largest humanitarian non-profits in the country and she continues to support them on a regular basis. Kathy heads up the philanthropic aspects of Place of Possibility Inc. by overseeing fundraising activities and overall guidance of the business aspect of the mission.

Jackson S. Auer

Founder - Former CIO

Is an amazing individual who wears his heart on his sleeve. Jackson is passionate about helping others and he displayed this passion in an amazing way as he supported Zachary and his family in the most challenging journey of their lives. It’s no accident that Jackson with his huge heart crossed paths with the Dillehay’s as he not only supports Place of Possibility with his great intentions but also his skills as a web designer and programmer.

Travis A. Loriano

Founding - CSO

Travis has dedicated his life to the betterment of humanity. His personal journey through extremely challenging life circumstances gives Travis an exceptional perspective as he leads and coaches others through their own transformation. Travis has a huge heart and his concern is not in what others think of him but in taking a stand for facilitating the greatest possibility for those he connects with. Travis has extensive experience as a Life Coach and Life Transformation Expert.
